About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Imaging Analyst role based at Narayana Health City in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing, processing, and analyzing medical images from modalities such as CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Organizing imaging data.
• Verifying patient information.
• Performing basic image quality checks.
• Preparing images and reports for clinicians and radiologists.
• Collaborating with medical staff to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintaining imaging databases.
• Following data security and confidentiality standards.
• Assisting in implementing workflow improvements.
• Supporting quality assurance activities.
• Complying with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with medical imaging modalities: CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound.
• Basic principles of radiology.
• Experience or training in using PACS/RIS and other healthcare information systems is preferred.
• Understanding of patient data privacy, hospital protocols, and relevant healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and validate imaging data accurately.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with radiologists, clinicians, and technical staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and maintain professional conduct with patients and colleagues.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in radiography, medical imaging, biomedical engineering, health information management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a hospital imaging department or diagnostic center is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
