Marketing Executive / Associate
MiniMines
About the Role
MiniMines is a cleantech and critical-minerals company building its brand presence across industry, customers, partners, investors, and government stakeholders. We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Executive/Associate who can move fluidly between digital marketing, content, brand communication, and on-ground events. This is an execution-heavy role for someone equally comfortable on a laptop, in a creative brief, or on the floor of a conference. You'll work closely with leadership and Business Development to take MiniMines' story to the right audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own social media marketing, led by LinkedIn: content calendars, posting, engagement, short-form content, and tracking what works.
- Manage the website and SEO: on-page optimization, keyword research, landing pages, and content that improves search visibility.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, newsletters, and industry platforms, with basic performance tracking and lead generation.
- Create and coordinate content and collateral for LinkedIn posts, articles, brochures, decks, case studies, and press material, translating technical information into clear B2B communication.
- Own MiniMines' presence at exhibitions, conferences, and summits end-to-end: event selection, stall design and vendor coordination, on-ground execution, lead capture, and post-event reporting.
- Support B2B lead generation for Business Development, including target lists, campaign material, CRM updates, and lead handover.
- Maintain brand consistency across the website, social media, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Track industry, competitor, and market developments and convert them into marketing ideas and content.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on across both online and offline marketing & comfortable travelling for events and working directly with vendors, agencies, and senior leadership.
- Organized and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple campaigns and events at once in a fast-changing environment.
- Willing to experiment, test, and learn from the numbers across social media and search.
- Curious enough to understand a technical business and communicate it accurately to a B2B audience.
- Creative but commercially minded, focused on real business opportunities.
- Working knowledge of social media marketing (LinkedIn in particular) and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal English, with solid presentation and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable independently creating, developing, and coordinating professional marketing collateral.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years in marketing, content, or event marketing (strong internships or portfolios also considered).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. (Candidates from other backgrounds with strong marketing portfolios are also considered).
Good to Have
- Experience in cleantech, sustainability, manufacturing, energy, EV, battery/recycling, or metals/mining industries.
- Adobe Creative Suite for design and content production.
- Google Analytics/Search Console for basic performance tracking.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing-automation tools.
