About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Product Development Associate to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in software engineering, product development, and emerging technologies, along with the ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to deliver reliable and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and product features.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to understand technical requirements and product objectives.
• Support the implementation of new features, system enhancements, and software updates.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with reviewing code, maintaining coding standards, and following established development practices.
• Help document software functionality, technical specifications, and development processes.
• Support product prototyping and development activities based on user requirements and business needs.
• Conduct research on programming tools, software frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Assist with identifying software defects and coordinating solutions with the development team.
• Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on functionality, usability, and performance.
• Work with quality assurance teams to verify software features and ensure product reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development workflows and software quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of software development life cycles, testing procedures, and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, version control systems, or development frameworks is an advantage.
• Previous experience in software development, application testing, or product engineering is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
