Role Description

The Junior Architect will support the design team in developing architectural and interior concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing 2D and 3D design drawings.
• Coordinating with senior team members.
• Refining layouts, material palettes, and detailing.
• Visiting sites in and around Tiruchirappalli, assisting with measurements, progress checks, and basic site coordination.
• Preparing presentations, mood boards, and design reports.
• Maintaining organized project files and meeting agreed timelines.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Architecture or related field, with strong foundational knowledge of design principles and building systems.
• Proficiency in architectural drawing and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Basic skills in presentation tools such as Adobe Suite or MS Office.
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into clear drawings, layouts, and visual presentations, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks, follow instructions, and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to learn from senior professionals and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Interest in interior design, materials, and detailing.
• Openness to site visits, field coordination, and learning practical aspects of project delivery.
• Portfolio demonstrating academic or professional design work. Prior internship or studio experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
