About the Role

We’re currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our growing Dallas team. This role is ideal for someone motivated, people-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales strategy, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging way
- Interact face-to-face with customers to build relationships and drive brand awareness
- Support and execute live marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
- Track campaign and sales performance data
- Generate leads and strengthen customer retention
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to hit campaign goals
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences for every interaction
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Recent graduates or candidates early in their careers
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced team environments
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required
