About the Role
- You'll own the visual language and cinematic identity of AI-produced series and films, from the first visual idea to the final frame.
- You'll think about character entrances, camera placement, what the audience sees and doesn't see, scene mood, and how each shot contributes to the story.
- You'll shape characters, environments, composition, framing, lighting, camera language, and visual continuity while working with the AI production pipeline to generate, refine, and bring shots to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall visual language, mood, and cinematic identity of a series or film.
- Build and drive visual direction for characters, environments, tone, lighting, and world style.
- Translate story beats into strong shot-level camera composition, framing, and visual flow.
- Review and guide AI-generated shot production to maintain consistency, quality, and emotional impact.
- Oversee post-production refinement and final video polish in DaVinci Resolve.
- Ensure visual continuity across scenes, sequences, and episodes.
- Work closely with story, production, and AI pipeline teams to turn narratives into compelling screen output.
- Continuously improve output quality by giving clear creative feedback to AI-driven workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A creative visual storyteller capable of directing the cinematic language of AI-made films and series.
- Experience with visual style, shot framing, and final post-production polish.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience working with AI production pipelines and AI-driven workflows.
Qualifications
- Hands-on exposure to the entire filmmaking journey: story → visual direction → AI generation → production → final film.
- Ability to experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows.
- Experience working in an environment that encourages trying new things and rapid development of ideas.
- Ability to build for a global audience with stories designed to travel.
- Experience working across the full filmmaking process alongside storytellers, creators, AI, and product teams.
