Telecaller, FinTech Sales

About the Role

We are hiring confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to promote Arthyaan's financial technology platform, connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support our subscription sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
• Introduce Arthyaan and explain its key features and benefits.
• Identify customers interested in investment tracking and financial technology.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers who have registered, requested information, or shown interest.
• Encourage interested prospects to register and explore the platform.
• Share product information and approved promotional content through WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate calling records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
• Update lead status in CRM software.
• Coordinate with sales executives to convert interested leads into subscriptions.
• Achieve daily calling, qualified lead, and appointment targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 12th Pass, preferably Commerce.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English and Gujarati are added advantages.
• Clear speaking voice and confident telephone communication.
• Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer questions and follow-ups professionally.
• Willingness to learn about financial products and technology.
• Target-oriented and disciplined working approach.
