About the Role

- This is a Night Shift position.
- Work from office only.
- Cabs are not provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound International Voice Process.
- Evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Inbound International Voice Process Experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills (able to communicate with US Natives).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent judgement skills.
- Experience into Inbound / Outbound or Semi sales is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO International Voice Experience required.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
- No AR Callers applicable.
Qualifications
- Diploma (12th) or Graduate.
Shift Timings
- 6pm - 3am / 7pm - 4am / 8pm - 5am.
