About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role based in Indore.
- The role is for MBA graduates at the fresher level.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Recommend how Ease Commerce’s CRM solutions can optimize operations and drive growth.
- Conduct business and financial analysis.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Support implementation of CRM modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Document requirements.
- Monitor project progress.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable business insights.
- Consulting and Management Consulting skills to assess client needs, design solutions, and support process improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with clients, prepare documentation, and present recommendations.
- Foundational Finance knowledge to understand business metrics, ROI, and financial implications of proposed solutions.
- MBA degree from a recognized institution, preferably with specialization in Marketing, Operations, or Finance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in SaaS, CRM platforms, and business process optimization.
- Prior internship experience in consulting or tech solutions is an advantage.
