About the Role
As a Founder's Office – Fullstack UI Developer Intern at CraticAI, you will work closely with the founding team to design, develop, and refine user interfaces and fullstack features for CraticAI’s core products. You will collaborate on translating product requirements into responsive, intuitive front-end experiences and implement backend integrations that support real-time AI guidance for manufacturing users.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and test UI components.
- Improve application performance.
- Fix bugs.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from product and customer-facing teams.
- Document technical decisions.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Explore new tools and frameworks to enhance product quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong foundational skills in front-end development:
- Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Building responsive user interfaces.
- Basic to intermediate experience with back-end development:
- Working with APIs.
- Server-side frameworks.
- Databases to support fullstack features.
- Comfort with UI/UX practices, including translating wireframes or product specs into clean, accessible, and user-friendly designs.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Experience with collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with debugging and testing front-end and back-end code.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience through projects or internships.
- Interest in AI-driven products, manufacturing technology, or deep-tech startups.
- Prior exposure to AI/ML concepts or cloud platforms is a plus.
