About the Role
Rutgers University, Department of Statistics is seeking a full-time Post-Doctoral Associate. Position Details

Salary Details
- Minimum Salary: $63,968
- Final salary offer will be determined by candidate's qualifications, experience, expertise, fund availability, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop statistical and computational methods in causal inference and statistical learning.
- Apply methods to high-dimensional observational data.
- Conduct research in comparative effectiveness research.
- Collaborate with the Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Doctoral degree in statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Expertise in causal inference.
- Expertise in machine learning, in particular reinforcement learning.
- Strong experience with programming.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
