Executive Claims Specialist, Reimbursement

Key Responsibilities

• Track medical claim status for submitted health insurance claims and process reimbursement claim documentation.
• Review policy terms, conditions, protocols, and guidelines while supporting accurate claims adjudication and processing.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, meet turnaround-time targets, and manage daily case volumes efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, outbound calls, and recovery-related conversations professionally.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve pending or incomplete claim requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, claims systems, customer escalation handling, and service relationship management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and at least one of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
• Ability to handle approximately 80–90 outbound calls daily, work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and support flexible shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
