About the Role
Shah V G & Co. is looking for passionate CA Article Trainees to join their specialized practice in Navi Mumbai. This role offers a dual-track learning experience, focusing on both foundational accounting and tax principles, as well as specialization in advanced areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the essentials of Accounting, Audit, GST, and Domestic Taxation.
- Gain deep specialization in areas including:
- International Taxation & Transfer Pricing
- M&A Taxation & Deal Advisory
- Litigations & Assessments
- Valuations & FEMA
- UAE Taxation (Global Exposure)
- Work directly with Indian and Foreign MNCs across diverse geographies.
- Tackle non-conventional tax & regulatory challenges.
- Participate in large deals and strategic advisory matters.
- Engage in direct interaction with partners for mentorship.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Aspiring CA Article Trainees.
- Interest in building a career in Transfer Pricing, M&A Structuring, and UAE Taxation.
Qualifications
- Keen to build a niche in the evolving world of international tax.
