About the Role

Careerera – Corporate Training is a lifelong learning partner for enterprises, supporting organizations in building skills in emerging technologies at scale. This is a temporary, on-site Freelance AI Trainer role based in Delhi, India. The AI Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions on artificial intelligence and related topics for corporate learners, using real-world examples and case studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led sessions on artificial intelligence and related topics.
• Prepare training materials and curricula.
• Conduct classroom-based workshops.
• Assess participant progress through assignments and evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner development.
• Customize content to client needs.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the corporate training team to refine learning outcomes and improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related emerging technologies, with practical experience applying these concepts.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training or corporate workshops, including creating structured lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Clear and engaging communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse learner groups and varying experience levels.
• Comfort working on-site in classroom or lab environments, managing group dynamics, and facilitating interactive discussions and activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications in AI or ML are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices, and to integrate them into training content.
• Professional attitude, reliability in meeting training schedules and client expectations, and adherence to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
