Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage.
• Edit video sequences.
• Add transitions and effects.
• Sync audio.
• Ensure final outputs meet brand and project requirements.
• Perform color grading.
• Integrate motion graphics or visual elements.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
• Contribute creative ideas.
• Maintain consistent visual style across projects.
• Manage multiple timelines while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and designers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
• Experience working with various formats and editing workflows.
• Skills in Video Color Grading.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
• Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, and narrative structure.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Ability to take constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
