About the Role

Adrenaline Sports India is a leading sports management company focused on fostering passion and excellence in football. The organization operates a Football Academy offering elite training for ages 3 to 18, including dedicated programs for toddlers, girls, and special populations. It also manages professionally run tournaments and events for kids, schools, academies, and corporate teams. Through football tourism, Adrenaline Sports provides unique travel experiences that combine football and adventure for young enthusiasts. The Football Coach role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate training sessions, focusing on skill development, fitness, teamwork, and game intelligence.
• Design practice drills.
• Prepare players for matches and tournaments.
• Provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth.
• Ensure player safety.
• Maintain discipline.
• Collaborate with academy staff to align coaching methods with the organization’s philosophy.
• Talent identification.
• Progress reporting to parents or guardians.
• Supporting football events organized by Adrenaline Sports India.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Football Coaching and Coaching skills with experience in grassroots and youth development.
• Solid Football knowledge, including rules, tactics, and modern training methodologies.
• Effective Communication skills to engage with players, parents, and staff in a clear and respectful manner.
• Training skills, including planning structured sessions, monitoring performance, and adjusting drills for different age groups and abilities.

Qualifications

• Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., AIFF or equivalent) are beneficial.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is beneficial.
• A track record in academy or club environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
• Demonstrate professionalism.
• Uphold safeguarding standards.
