About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador for Mad City Windows & Baths, you will be an entry-level sales representative focused on generating interest and scheduling consultations in retail or event environments. Your role is to create a great first impression and help homeowners learn about our solutions, not to close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Work in local retail locations and event environments.
- Start conversations with homeowners.
- Introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
- Create interest and answer basic questions.
- Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives.
- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals.

Previous experience in lead generation, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or canvassing is helpful, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Walking and standing in retail and/or event locations for extended periods.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions, if at events.
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
