Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all required SLA, KPI, and quality requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve and add value to services and products by implementing ideas.
- Participate in the development and achievement of the team.
- Identify priority work appropriately.
- Schedule tasks in accordance with daily review of priorities.
- Highlight when deadlines may not be met and suggest solutions.
- Input/process cases within the required timescale.
- Comply with procedures.
- Follow procedures systematically.
- Anticipate potential difficulties in meeting targets and take action to avoid them.
- Highlight risks or failures to the team leader.
- Role model behaviors regarding time management.
- Transition smoothly and effectively between multiple tasks of the role.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing advanced data analysis.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge in Power BI and other Power Platforms.
- Experience in Python development (PySpark experience desirable).
- Experience with MS SQL Server and database management.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in data reporting with a proven track record of creating efficient and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional languages are a plus.
