About Sol's ARC

Sol's ARC is a disability inclusion organisation with over 23 years of experience enabling Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) to access education, livelihoods and employment. They work with governments, donors and communities to create systemic, scalable and sustainable change. Their life-skills and employability programme prepares young adults with disabilities for the world of work. Learners build communication, workplace behaviour and independent-living skills through accessible classroom sessions, workplace simulations, exposure visits and on-the-job training (OJT) with employer partners.

About The Role

It suits someone who is patient, organised and committed to inclusion, and who wants to grow into a lead teaching role.
