Analyst

About the Role

• This is a full-time Analyst role based in Pune City.
• Hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
• Support corporate finance, project advisory, and management consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Perform industry and value chain research.
• Assist in project feasibility and appraisal.
• Contribute to TEV reports and investment evaluations.
• Support transaction advisory work such as M&A, capital raising, and debt structuring by analyzing data, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with risk assessments, project monitoring, and performance tracking to support governance, operational excellence, and decision-making for client organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, including proficiency with Excel, financial structuring, and valuation techniques.
• Capabilities in research and data interpretation, including industry analysis, project feasibility assessment, and risk evaluation.
• Skills in corporate finance and capital markets, such as understanding of M&A, debt financing, private equity, and IPO processes.
• Consulting and project execution skills, including stakeholder communication, report writing, and preparation of client presentations.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Pune and remotely.
