This role emphasizes true one-on-one patient care with 40-minute appointments, without the involvement of PTAs or aides. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow clinicians.
- Maintain clear communication with patients, referring providers, and teammates.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligible for Massachusetts licensure).
- DPT preferred.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest or experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal care.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
