About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
Qualifications
- 10+2 / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 3 months into international voice process (for experienced candidates).
Work Schedule & Benefits
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 week-offs.
- Rotational night shifts.
- Competitive salary up to 3.7 LPA.
