E-commerce operations and warehouse executive

About the Role

Nivah is a contemporary incense brand bringing fragrance into everyday living. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day order fulfilment, shipping operations, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management: Manage the complete order fulfilment cycle, from receiving online orders to dispatch and successful delivery.
• Shiprocket Operations: Process orders through Shiprocket, generate shipping labels, arrange courier pickups, and ensure accurate shipment details.
• Order Packing & Dispatch: Pack customer orders carefully, maintain packaging standards, and ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments, track delivery statuses, follow up on delayed or stuck orders, and coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records for finished products, packaging materials, and other warehouse supplies. Monitor stock levels and flag low-stock items.
• Warehouse Management: Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring products and packing materials are stored systematically and are easily accessible.
• Returns & RTO Management: Monitor returned shipments and failed deliveries, coordinate return processing, and ensure returned stock is properly accounted for.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily records of orders processed, dispatched, delivered, returned, and inventory movements.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve packing, dispatch, inventory tracking, and overall fulfilment processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfilment, or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar shipping and order management platforms is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, meet dispatch deadlines, and resolve operational issues independently.
• A responsible, hands-on approach to daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.
