About the Role

• Customer Service Associate - (Fixed Term Hire)
• Location: Bengaluru (Whitefield)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive chats and emails from clients to help them resolve doubts and queries.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions through Email, Voice & Chat.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT scores.
• Document all interactions clearly in CRM systems.
• Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (Productivity, Quality, CSAT).
• Upsell/Cross-sell products or services where applicable.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least 0-5 years of experience in a Customer Support role in the International voice & chat process.
• Freshers with good English Communication Skills are required to express yourself clearly and professionally.
• Flexible with Rotational Shifts (UK/US).
• Must work onsite from the Office.

Qualifications

• Willing to work all 5 days from the Bangalore Office.
• No Work From Home option.

Salary

• Freshers: CTC Offered = 3.5 Lacs Per Annum (Including All), based on interview feedback.
• Experienced: CTC Offered = Upto 4.5 Lacs Per Annum (Including All), based on interview feedback.

Employment Type

• Fixed Term Hire (FTH) for a period of 3 months.
• Candidates may be considered for absorption into permanent roles based on business requirements and individual performance.
