The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company’s printing and packaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage existing client accounts.
- Promote the company’s printing and packaging services.
- Conduct market research.
- Develop sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Follow up on leads to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Support marketing initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and trainings as needed.
- Provide ongoing customer service to build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Sales and Sales Management skills.
- Training skills.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, including basic digital and offline marketing techniques relevant to B2B printing and packaging.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development in printing, packaging, or a related industry.
