About the Role

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves helping to enhance workplace culture through training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications. The role offers significant exposure to core HR functions and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities:
• Screening resumes
• Scheduling interviews
• Coordinating candidate communication
• Help with onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing training sessions.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing internal communications.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Prepare HR-related reports.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Abilities in Personnel Management and employee record maintenance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and comfort with HR-related software or tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
