Client Engagement Trainee

About the Role

RVA Edge is a growing sales and marketing firm focused on creating meaningful customer connections through in-person engagement. We work with nationally recognized clients to support their marketing initiatives and connect their products and services with customers in retail environments. This full-time, on-site opportunity is a great fit for individuals with a competitive or team-oriented background who want to turn those skills into professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement
• Learn about products, services, and promotions and communicate them effectively
• Create positive customer interactions while supporting campaign objectives
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
• Develop practical skills in communication, marketing, sales, and customer relations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
• Team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Competitive, hospitality, retail, or team-based experience is a plus
• Previous marketing or sales experience is helpful but not required
