Schedule: M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Duration: 2-year contract

About the Role

This is a hands-on operational role supporting the full application workflow, from initial mail intake and OCR through application processing. You will support both the Application Intake Room (AIR) and Processing teams, moving between intake and processing duties based on daily business needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a production-focused environment, stays accurate under high volume, and is flexible about where help is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of assigned programs
• Receive and handle incoming mail
• Assist with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) activities
• Prepare applications for processing and support application processing as needed
• Shift between intake and processing responsibilities based on daily business needs
• Maintain program documentation and records
• Update program databases and spreadsheets
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders
• Help organize program-related events
• Prepare materials for training and outreach
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while handling a high volume of work

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility and willingness to assist across mail, OCR, and processing functions
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a high-volume, production-focused environment
• Ability to manage records, databases, and spreadsheets
• Clear communication skills for responding to stakeholder inquiries
