About the Role

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village, Boise's premier retirement community, is seeking a Dishwasher to join their Dining Services team. The role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, ensuring residents receive the highest-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen.
• Wash and ensure utensils, dishes, and equipment are clean.
• Anticipate the kitchen's needs.
• Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and stocking dishes and utensils.
• Correctly operate kitchen equipment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Scheduling flexibility is required.
• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed and scheduled.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members, and visitors.

• No experience is necessary.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a large team.
