About the Role
This full-time, on-site Interior Designer role is based in Noida and focuses on designing functional, aesthetic spaces for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts.
- Create layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings and presentations to communicate ideas clearly to clients and project teams.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and inspections.
- Coordinate FF&E procurement.
- Monitor project timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Gather requirements.
- Incorporate feedback.
- Support project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills.
- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals.
- Experience coordinating with architectural and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including finishes, furniture, and equipment.
- Competence with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and creative design skills, with attention to detail and functionality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in interior design projects.
