The Travel Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi. In this position, the specialist coordinates and manages travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for both business and personal travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess travel needs.
- Prepare itineraries.
- Monitor schedules and changes.
- Ensure all bookings align with client preferences and budgets.
- Communicate regularly with clients and vendors.
- Resolve travel-related issues.
- Provide proactive customer service to create a stress-free travel experience.
- Maintain accurate travel records.
- Collaborate with the wider team to integrate travel planning into Hulp’s broader life management services.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan, book, and oversee comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and service providers and resolve issues promptly.
- Expertise in Business Travel to handle corporate itineraries, policy adherence, and schedule optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, online travel platforms, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, calendar tools).
- A client-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in travel planning, corporate travel, or hospitality is highly beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
