About the Role
The Graduate Student at AEM will support engineering and R&D teams in Bengaluru through hands-on project work, data analysis, and test-related experimentation. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting in the design, validation, and optimization of semiconductor and electronics test solutions, including preparing test plans, executing test procedures, and documenting results. The Graduate Student will collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to prototype evaluations, and help refine methodologies and workflows.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in basic test and measurement concepts.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters).
- Ability to analyze data using relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, Python, MATLAB).
- Familiarity with hardware or software development environments (e.g., basic programming skills, scripting, exposure to automation frameworks) is advantageous.
- Ability to follow engineering procedures and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in electronics, semiconductor devices, or related engineering disciplines, typically supported by ongoing or recently completed graduate studies (e.g., M.Tech, M.Sc, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in semiconductor test innovation.
- Prior internship, academic projects, or research experience in semiconductor testing, electronics design.
