About the Role
The Attending Consultant – Emergency Medicine is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, high-quality emergency medical care, including triage, stabilization, diagnosis, and treatment of patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage acute and critical cases across age groups.
- Manage cardiac emergencies.
- Work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume hospital environment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior doctors, residents, and emergency department staff.
- Make rapid, evidence-based clinical decisions.
- Follow established emergency care protocols.
- Work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required in a 24/7 emergency setting.
Qualifications
- MBBS, MD/DNB Emergency Medicine, MEM
- 0-4 years Post PG experience
- Strong clinical expertise in Emergency Medicine.
- Broad knowledge of General Medicine.
- Exposure to Cardiology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professionalism.
- Patient-centered approach to care.
