About the Role
ThinkNova is hiring for a Cybersecurity Intern. This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and documenting potential security vulnerabilities in authorized systems and testing environments.
- Review security logs and alerts to help identify suspicious activity.
- Support vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities.
- Assist in reviewing access permissions, system configurations, and basic security controls.
- Research common threats, vulnerabilities, and preventive measures.
- Support the preparation of security reports, incident documentation, and awareness materials.
- Follow confidentiality requirements and conduct security testing only within approved scope.
- Work collaboratively with remote team members and complete assigned deliverables on time.
Qualifications
- Suitable for freshers with an interest in cybersecurity, information security, networking, or a related area.
