AI training specialist (voice recording)

About the Role

The AI Training Specialist (Voice Recording) is a full-time remote role responsible for producing high-quality voice recordings used to train and improve AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow structured scripts and prompts.
• Record clear and consistent audio in a quiet environment.
• Adhere to detailed guidelines for pronunciation, pacing, and tone.
• Review recording instructions.
• Prepare voice samples.
• Organize and label recorded files.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to meet quality and volume targets.
• Provide feedback on scripts.
• Report technical or process issues.
• Follow established data protection and confidentiality protocols.
• Contribute to a standardized training process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Comfort with using recording software and basic audio equipment.
• Ability to maintain a quiet, controlled recording environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking voice, active listening, and ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Experience or interest in Training & Development and Training, particularly in delivering or following structured learning or recording processes.
• Understanding of basic Instructional Design principles, such as working with scripts, prompts, and standardized workflows.
• Customer Service orientation, with a professional, responsive, and cooperative approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to meet production targets in a remote setting.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th standard) or equivalent.
• A diploma or degree in communications, languages, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in voice-over, call centers, transcription, or AI data projects is a plus, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
