Sales Trainee/Officer

About the Role

WWF-India is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals passionate about making a positive social and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent WWF-India at designated public places, events, corporate spaces, residential communities, airports, malls, and other outreach locations.
• Initiate conversations with the public to create awareness about WWF-India's conservation programmes, initiatives, and impact.
• Effectively communicate WWF-India's mission, vision, conservation initiatives, and the importance of supporting conservation efforts to prospective donors.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, leads, conversions, and daily fundraising activities.
• Actively participate in fundraising campaigns, events, awareness drives, and other donor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in fundraising, field sales, direct sales, customer engagement, business development, or similar roles will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with people in public spaces.
