About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro to manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle operations, asset governance, reconciliation, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle in ServiceNow.
- Maintain asset inventory accuracy through reconciliation and audit processes.
- Perform asset onboarding, transfer, refresh, retirement, disposal, and recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Perform periodic asset audits and maintain audit readiness.
- Drive process improvements across ITAM and HAM operations.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow development teams for HAM enhancements, workflows, and catalog improvements.
- Manage vendor engagements for asset procurement, disposal, logistics, and lifecycle management.
- Create dashboards, KPI reports, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence across asset management functions.
- Support stakeholders with inventory planning, forecasting, and lifecycle decisions.
