Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable UG/PG programs offered by our partner universities.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms to build relationships with leads and increase enrollments.
• Understand students’ career interests and objectives, and recommend academic programs that complement their professional ambitions.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue goals through effective student engagement and conversion strategies.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a hassle-free admission experience and provide continued assistance to students after enrollment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3+ months experience in Online Degree Programs.
• Strong counseling, sales, and conversion skills.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
