About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our business. The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales.
Program Overview
The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operations, and Production Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting
- Setting appointments
- Preparing presentations and sales reports
- Working with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Driving a company or personal vehicle is required
Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director, and other sales/marketing leadership positions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Prior sales co-op or intern work experience (Preferred)
