About the Role
GDMS has an immediate opening for a Software Engineering Intern to join our team. This position provides an opportunity to work on projects supporting national defense services, developing solutions for high-stakes national security missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply classroom-learned skills to defense support programs.
- Work with collaborative teams on various technical projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within a reasonable time.
- Applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Qualifications
- Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of engineering technology.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
- Preference for a standing of a sophomore or higher.
