About the Role

Exacta Web Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
• Explain our digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, social media marketing, and advertising.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain daily calling records, client details, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven attitude.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview).
