Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Stocking, rotating, and zoning products in freezer, cooler, and deli areas following Cold Chain procedures.
• Monitoring temperature control, expiration dates, and product quality; disposing of lower-quality items.
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Cleaning freezer, cooler, and deli areas (windows, mirrors, display cases) and monitoring fans, drains, and doors.
• Assisting members with deli orders and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Handling claims and returns; signing and pricing merchandise; completing required audits, logs, and paperwork.
• Securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines.
• Operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment safely; reporting unsafe conditions and equipment issues to management.
