React Native Mobile App Developer Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a React Native Mobile App Developer Intern interested in building mobile applications with hands-on experience in React Native. This internship is for individuals who have completed at least one React Native project, possess a strong understanding of JavaScript and React Native fundamentals, and wish to enhance their skills by working on real-world mobile applications. You will collaborate with the development team on app features, API integrations, debugging, and improvements, gaining practical experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile application screens using React Native.
• Build reusable components and implement navigation flows.
• Integrate APIs and handle application data and user interactions.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues across mobile application features.
• Contribute to new features and improvements to existing applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members during development and testing.
• Follow coding standards and use Git/GitHub for version control.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+ concepts.
• Hands-on experience building projects using React Native.
• Must have completed at least one React Native project.
• Good understanding of React components, props, state, hooks, and navigation.
• Basic practical knowledge of API integration and JSON data handling.
• Good coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
• Ability to explain the features, implementation, and code of previously completed projects.
• Preferred: Experience building functional mobile applications using React Native.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Expo and mobile app development workflows.
• Preferred: Exposure to state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Firebase or other backend services.
• Preferred: Experience testing and debugging applications on Android or iOS.
• Preferred: A GitHub repository, portfolio, or working demo showcasing completed projects.

Qualifications

• Final-year students, recent graduates, or candidates with relevant development experience.
• Must have completed at least one project using React Native.
• Must be willing to demonstrate or explain their project during the selection process.
• Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Kochi, Kerala for six months.

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
