About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid Financial Analyst (Fresher) role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Analyst will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting financial planning activities under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing financial statements.
• Gathering and organizing data.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Helping prepare presentations and documentation for internal and client use.
• Coordinating with finance, legal, and technology teams to ensure accurate information flow and compliance with internal processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Finance and Financial Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and advisory tasks.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to assist in preparing and reviewing reports.
• Basic understanding of taxation, compliance, and business finance.
• Familiarity with Excel, accounting software, or financial tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Internship or academic project experience in finance is an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse teams and clients.
