We are looking for a highly ambitious, execution-focused Recruitment Manager capable of building a scalable internship recruitment engine.

Your Mission: Recruit 1,000+ Interns Every Month

You will independently lead and scale the recruitment of 1,000+ Solutions Consultant Interns per month across India. These interns will represent 1Demy and xPMIS, creating awareness, generating leads, engaging prospective customers, and supporting business growth. This is a high-volume recruitment leadership opportunity requiring exceptional sourcing, screening, onboarding, and recruitment automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Recruitment

• Recruit and onboard a minimum of 1,000 qualified interns every month.

• Build a sustainable recruitment pipeline of 3,000–5,000 potential candidates monthly.

• Drive recruitment through LinkedIn mainly, and also from your self contacts in universities, colleges, placement cells, professional networks, and referral channels.

• Develop repeatable and scalable recruitment processes.

• Mandatory LinkedIn Verification

• Ensure every selected intern has an active, authentic LinkedIn profile.

• LinkedIn verification badge is mandatory before final onboarding.

• Verify the candidate's LinkedIn verification status through their profile.

• Reject fake, duplicate, misleading, or unverifiable candidate profiles.

• Maintain verified LinkedIn profile URLs in the recruitment database.

• Ensure candidate consent and responsible handling of personal information.

• Candidate Screening & Selection

• Evaluate applicants for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in sales, consulting, AI, SaaS, and project management.

• Ability to engage professionally with customers.

• Confidence in LinkedIn-based networking and prospect engagement.

• Willingness to learn 1Demy's educational offerings and xPMIS solutions.

• Professionalism, integrity, and results orientation.

• Internship Onboarding

• Coordinate virtual orientation and onboarding.

• Explain internship responsibilities, targets, performance expectations, and applicable incentives.

• Ensure selected interns complete required documentation.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams for training.

• Track intern activation, attendance, engagement, and retention.
