Job Title: MBBS RMO (ICU)

Location: Mahendragarh, Haryana

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
• Assess patients' clinical conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Recognize clinical deterioration and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Initiate emergency management within clinical competence and escalate cases to the consultant.
• Assist consultants in ICU patient management and critical care procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts and progress notes.
• Coordinate with intensivists, consultants and nursing staff.
• Ensure proper patient handover between shifts.
• Follow ICU protocols, infection control practices and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with the State Medical Council / National Medical Register, as applicable.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
• Knowledge of emergency response and basic critical care.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Responsible, disciplined and patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in Mahendragarh, Haryana.
• Experience in ICU or emergency department preferred.
