DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Location: Fresh & Ready FG NC - 10015 John Price Road, Charlotte, NC 28273
Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Sunday and one weekday off.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand or by machine.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
- Polish silver using designated equipment and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous dishwashing experience required.
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods.
