About the Role

EV Trainer at Anudip Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training on EV technology for ITI students.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for ITI faculty/instructors.
• Develop training modules, presentations, practical exercises, assessments, and lab activities.
• Cover EV fundamentals, EV architecture, battery systems, BMS, motors, controllers, charging systems, and EV safety.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical troubleshooting sessions.
• Train faculty on effective delivery of EV curriculum and practical sessions.
• Support ITI colleges in setting up and effectively utilizing EV labs/equipment.
• Conduct assessments and evaluate student/faculty learning outcomes.
• Keep training content aligned with current EV industry technologies and practices.
