About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to manufacturing plans, and work to maintain consistent product quality and output.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and inventory to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
• Support root cause analysis for production issues.
• Maintain documentation.
• Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant operations environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

• Clear and professional Communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
