About the Role

This is a temp-to-hire, on-site role in downtown Jacksonville, FL. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy high-volume phone work, thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment, and are motivated by candidate placements. The role offers hands-on training, coaching, and a clear path to grow into a full recruiter role. You will join a team-oriented environment where effort, consistency, resilience, and strong communication are recognized.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to source, screen, and engage candidates.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections confidently, and keep conversations moving toward next steps.
• Screen candidates for skills, availability, interest, and fit before submitting them to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-up with candidates and clients.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and communication in the applicant tracking system.
• Work toward daily and weekly goals for calls, submittals, interviews, and placements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Location: On-site in downtown Jacksonville, FL.
